I only wanted to communicate over text and he was so accommodating. All my questions/concerns were answered quickly. Major bait and switch company. Quoted 5.65 on nerd wallet and same day I called and they said it was 5.87 due to my high income lol. Higher incomes mean lower rates. Very rude and condescending!
