Why use anyone but Mario from Next Door Lending? I can't think of any reason to.. Mario helped us through the purchasing process in the shortest amount of time l've ever seen. Not only was he working around the clock helping get us to close, he was always quick to respond and provided updates as soon as they were available! Emma Stewart is the best! She is very knowledgeable and will walk you through the process step by step leaving no doubts in the process. She is very transparent. Her end goal is making sure you get in your home and let you know all routes and angles to do so. She has helped me buy my home getting to the finish line. I highly recommend her.
